DECO, operated by Grain of Salt, LLC, respects your right to have your personal information deleted. This page explains what we hold and how to request its removal.

What we hold

When you contact us, submit a form, book a call, or respond to one of our ads, we may hold your name, email, phone number, business details, and related activity in our CRM. We do not sell this information. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

How to request deletion

Email info@scalewithgos.com from the email address you used with us, with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the name, email, or phone number you provided so we can locate your record. If you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram ad or lead form, mention that so we can remove the associated record as well.

What happens next

We confirm your request, delete the personal information we hold about you across our CRM and connected tools, and let you know when it is done, normally within 30 days. We may retain the minimum records required by law (for example, for tax or fraud-prevention purposes), and we will tell you if any such exception applies.
